I specialize in Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT) informed therapy, a modality designed for those often labeled “too much/sensitive” or who keep getting in their own way by acting on emotion without thinking or self-sabotaging. As therapy is not a one-size-fits-all, I also integrate CBT and ACT in order to tailor treatment to your needs.
Together, we can work towards a better understanding of how and why you feel the way you do, while you simultaneously gain tools that can help you to more effectively manage your emotions, improve your relationships and progress towards your goals.
